1. We are not the organiser
 Sportivo uses the Peach Payment platform to collect subscriptions and payments on behalf of contracted organizations such as companies, unions, clubs, and schools. Sportivo has partnered with Peach Payments to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card, charge card and EFT transactions.
When paying this subscription, you are contracting with the organiser and not with Sportivo. We do not verify that subscriptions are genuine, nor whether any statements or descriptions made by the organisers are accurate. Prices and refund policies are set by the organisers. The organisers are responsible for the proper application of the payment.
Subscriptions may be subject to specific terms and conditions which are set by the organiser. Read and understand these before completing your payment.
Any disputes or complaints you have about subscriptions are between you and the organiser, unless the issue concerns our checkout platform or process. We may mediate the dispute or complaint in certain cases, but this is in our sole discretion.
2. Payments
Payments are made using the Peach Payment platform via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or direct EFT transfer. No international EFT-payments will be accepted. Any costs involved with the acceptance or refusal of forex payments will be for the account of the customer.
Online credit card transactions acquired for Sportivo via Peach Payments uses the strictest form of encryption and no credit card details are stored on their websites.  All credit card transactions on the site are encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 256-bit encryption technology and reinforced through various encryption processes, in order to provide the most effective protection possible for all sensitive payment information. Users may go to to view their security certificates and security policies.
Sportivo does not access any confidential information about your means of payment. We don’t store any bank card details on our servers. These are stored with the relevant payment providers.
Accessing the platform is free, however, we charge fees when we process payments. These fees may vary based on individual agreements between organisers and Sportivo.   All amounts indicated on the payment page are inclusive of fees.
If any charge-back claim occurs, it is your responsibility to provide the organiser with all necessary documentation to resolve the claim.
If we suspect that a transaction may be fraudulent, we may request proof (for example, proof of identification, proof of address, proof of payment etc.) to determine the validity of the transaction.
3. Refunds
All transactions are between you and the organizer. You must contact the organizer with any refund requests. Whether you are entitled to a refund will depend on the refund policy of the organizer. We do not determine (nor are we responsible for) the refund policy; this is determined by the organizer (and is communicated to you during the registration process). Please check their refund policy carefully and take note of your rights.
Any refund provided to the organizer will exclude our fee and you may be responsible for any bank charges incurred in processing any refund.
There are certain things we cannot promise.
Sportivo does not guarantee that every transaction will be safe, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Sportivo has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy or legality of the acceptance of funds. Sportivo has no responsibility to you for, and we disclaim all liability from, the acts or omissions of any third parties.
