HOW TO SET UP YOUR TOURNAMENT
It’s easy to set up a tournament or league - simply follow these steps.
CREATE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORMS

Before the tournament is created, registration forms are created, and can be customised to meet any requirement the client might have. In this step you can register your team with the team coach and manager, register each player, as well as get any additional information you might require.

Each tournament can be customised to meet the customer’s specific requirements. In this step you add general information, e.g. start and end date; sport; gender; age group; periods per match; and minutes per period.

Add the number of groups.
Choose the selection, e.g.:
home and away matches;
is it a knockout tournament;
if it is a knockout, does it start at quarter-final or semi-final.
Assign the points calculation, rules and teams.

The system generates the pools based on your tournament structure selection. You can drag and drop your teams into the applicable groups, where required.

GENERATE AND FINALISE YOUR FIXTURES
STEP 5
The system automatically generates your fixtures, based on your selected tournament structure. If selected, the system will assign the team to the fixtures, but it also provides the option to download the fixtures to Excel as a mass update function.

Add your resources, share and communicate the tournament information to all relevant parties and start the tournament.
Add your resources, e.g. maps, rules and documents to the tournament. Up to this stage the tournament is still in creation mode. By sharing it, you publish it to the mobile application and public websites. You can now communicate the tournament to your teams and supporters.

RUN THE TOURNAMENT
STEP 7
Run the tournament by updating the results and statistics.
Send out ad-hoc communication. The group tables will automatically be updated with the standings as the results are entered.
Keep everyone updated: push notifications will be sent out containing changes to fixtures and results, and communications are sent out by your tournament administrators.
Teams, players and supporters can follow the tournament and report on statistics as it progresses.

RUN THE TOURNAMENT
FINALISE YOUR PLAYOFFS

If the tournament has playoffs, you can finalise these once the fixtures are completed.

Once your tournament is complete, you can update the final standings and communicate this to your teams, players and supporters via push notifications.
